(March 2014—Delanco, NJ)—Stylex has infused its popular Insight series with fresh sophistication to create the Insight Executive seating series. This addition to the Insight family embodies all the comfort and refinement for which Stylex is already known. In addition, there are also significant construction improvements that make it especially suitable for high-end office environments. The Insight Executive line’s key feature is a new, “tall” back model, four inches higher than the original Insight high backs. This version includes a headrest extension, a logical, comfortable option for more formal settings.

In addition to the new high back, Insight Executive is reengineered with special attention paid to even the smallest tailoring intricacies for the highest look and comfort level. The seat is one inch deeper than on the original Insight, and Stylex eliminated all glue between the upholstery and the foam. This design decision, also found in Stylex’s well-accepted SAVA chair, allows for the development of natural, personalized comfort over time. A super smooth, easily adjustable knee tilt with a multi-position tilt lockout has been added to the line, while refined sewing details create extra polish.
With a total of four mechanisms, three different back sizes, and a number of different arm styles, Insight Executive offers unusual flexibility. Fixed arms are either cantilever or T-shape; height adjustable arms are T-shape. Arms may be one of five finishes: polished, painted, chrome plated, black urethane, or upholstered. Arm caps may be plastic or upholstered. Insight Executive’s standard aluminum base is available powder-coated or polished. Glass-filled nylon bases are optional.
As with all Stylex products, Insight Executive is GREENGUARD certified.
