Poul Christiansen and Boris Berlin began Komplot in 1987 after having individually pursued careers that encompassed industrial, furniture, and graphic design. Their firm today continues to provide that range of services, with specialized talent in each area, and a unique ability to blend personalities and styles for the engagement at hand. Komplot’s recognition includes Red Dot Design Award, 100% Design/Blueprint Award, Best of NeoCon, The Architectural Review Award for Product Excellence and Design 100. The firm’s work is included in the collections of the Danish National Art Foundation, MOMA Museum of Modern Art in New York, and MOMA San Francisco.
